Amlak International Finance Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 8%, or SAR 0.80 a share for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved the business contracts between Amlak and Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), where board members Majed Abdulghani Fakeeh, General Manager of Corporate Banking at SAIB and Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Rayes, CEO of Alistithmar Capital, 100% owned by SAIB, have indirect interest. SAIB owns 22.4% of shares represented in Amlak International. These contracts entailed the renewal of SAR 664.50 mln credit facilities for one year.
The outstanding facilities are valued at SAR 592.31 million by the end of 2022, without preferential terms.
