Baazeem shareholders approve 11% cash dividend for H2 2022

Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 11%, or SAR 1.10 a share for H2 2022, during the ordinary general meeting, held on May 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.
