Savola shareholders approve 6.6% cash dividend for 2022

Savola Group’s shareholders approved a 6.6% dividend payout, or SAR 0.66 per share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on May 10, the group said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved all the other items on the meeting’s agenda, including related-party business.

 

Meanwhile, they ratified the repurchase of 2.5 million Savola shares to be allocated for the Employees Long Term Incentive Program (LTIP). The repurchase will be financed from the company’s own resources.
