BCI shareholders to vote on 10% dividend for 2022 on June 14

Shareholders of Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) will vote on a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 14, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
