Mobily shareholders approve 11.5% cash dividend for 2022

 Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) shareholders approved paying a cash dividend at 11.5% of capital, or SAR 1.15 a share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 1, according to a filing.
