Thob Al Aseel board declares 8.75% cash dividend for H1 2023

Thob Al Aseel Co.'s board of directors decided to distribute an 8.75% cash dividend, at SAR 0.0875 per share, for H1 2023, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The company noted that earnings per share were calculated by dividing net profit by 400 million shares. This was after the approval of the extraordinary general assembly that was held on June 20 to decide on dividing the stock par value from SAR 10 to SAR 1, raising the number of shares to 400 million from 40 million shares.
