Shareholders of Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) are set to vote on the board’s recommendation on a 30% cash dividend, or SAR 3 per share, for the second half of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Aug. 22.

In a statement to Tadawul, SADAFCO added that shareholders will also discuss delegating the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2023.
