Ataa shareholders approve 11% dividend for FY 2022/23

Ataa Educational Co.’s shareholders approved the board recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 11% of capital, or SAR 1.10 a share, for the fiscal year (FY) ended July 31, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.
