Al Rajhi Bank shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 11.5%, or SAR 1.15 a share after deducting Zakat, for H2 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 24, according to a statement to Tadawul.
