Musharaka REIT to pay 1% cash dividend for H2 2023

Musharaka REIT Fund will pay a 1% cash dividend, or SAR 0.1 a unit, totaling SAR 8.8 million, for the period from July 1 to Dec. 31, 2023, according to a filing to Tadawul today, March 31.
