Americana to vote on $0.02/shr dividend for 2023 on April 24

Americana Restaurants International’s shareholders will discuss the payment of an ordinary cash dividend at $129.7 million and a one-time special cash dividend of $49.7 million, for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 24, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on the buyback of 25 million shares to be allocated to the long-term employee incentive plan, pending the regulatory approvals, the statement added.

 

The board of directors and any person authorized by the board, either jointly or individually, shall be authorized to finalize the repurchase transactions and the related measures, the statement added.
