Bank Albilad shareholders to vote on 25% capital hike, 5% cash dividend on April 29
Shareholders of Bank Albilad will vote on the board’s proposal for the distribution of one bonus share for every four shares held to raise capital by capitalizing retained earnings during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 29.
They will also discuss the payment of a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.50 per share, for 2023, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
