Tabuk Cement shareholders to discuss 2.5% cash dividend on May 22

Tabuk Cement Co.'s shareholders will discuss the board's recommendation on paying a 2.5% cash dividend, at SAR 0.25 a share, for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 22.

Shareholders will also mandate the board to pay cash dividend for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, after amending Article 47 of the company's bylaws related to the dividends, according to a Tadawul statement.
