Bahri shareholders to vote on 5.5% cash dividend for 2023 on June 4

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation for a cash dividend payment at 5.5%, or SAR 0.55 a share, for 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated for June 4, according to a statement to Tadawul.
