Mouwasat Medical Services Co.'s shareholders approved the board recommendation to distribute a 17.5% cash dividend, or SAR 1.75 per share, for 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The decision came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 27.
