Makkah Construction and Development Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ proposal to pay a cash dividend of SAR 1.5 per share, or 15% of capital, for 2023.
The approval took place during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.
