Baazeem EGM approves 11% cash dividend for H2 2023

Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to pay a cash dividend of SAR 1.10 per share, or 11% of capital, for the second half of 2023.

 

The decision was made during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 6, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

Shareholders also approved other items, including amending Article 3 of the company's Bylaws and related party transactions.

 

In addition, they delegated the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
