Zain KSA’s EGM to vote on 5% cash dividend for 2023 on June 30

Mobile Telecommunication Co.'s (Zain KSA) shareholders will vote on the board recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 5% of capital (SAR 0.5 per share) for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on June 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.
