Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividend at 3.75% of capital (SAR 0.375 per share) for Q1 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2024 and Q1 2025.
Other agenda items include voting on the company's dividend distribution policy for one year starting from Q2 2024, which was endorsed by the company in March. The policy seeks to maintain a minimum dividend per share on a quarterly basis, and the company is committed to distributing SAR 0.375 per share for every quarter.
