Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of 40% of capital, or SAR 4 per share, for 2023, in an extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on June 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Other agenda items include voting on the repurchase of a maximum of 860,000 of the company's shares, to be allocated for the employee incentive program.
