Cenomi Centers shareholders OK 3.75% dividend for Q1 2024

Shareholders of Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) gave the go-ahead for the board of directors’ proposal for a 3.75% cash dividend, or SAR 0.375 per share, for Q1 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30.

The shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute quarterly interim dividends for the remainder of 2024 and Q1 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

They also greenlit the company’s dividend policy for one year starting from Q2 2024.
