Zain KSA EGM approves 5% dividend for 2023

Shareholders of Mobile Telecommunication Co. (Zain KSA) approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend of SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of capital, for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Other agenda items were also approved, including the transfer of the company's statutory reserve balance of about SAR 203.1 million as of Dec. 31, 2023, to retained earnings, Zain KSA said in a statement to Tadawul.
