Tadawul-listed telecom giant stc will pay a cash dividend at 4% of capital, or SAR 0.4 a share, for Q2 2024, as follows:

In a statement to Tadawul today, July 23, the telecom operator said 13.08 million shares, so far, are not eligible for dividends as they are treasury shares allocated for the employee incentive program.
The decision is in line with stc’s three-year dividend payment policy, which started in Q4 2021 and was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 30, 2021. The amended policy was approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 30, 2022, on the payment of dividends at SAR 0.40 a share on a quarterly basis.
