BSF board decides 10% dividend for H1 2024

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) board of directors decided distributing a 10% cash dividend for the first half of 2024, at SAR 1 per share, during its meeting held on July 25, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

BSF said it had obtained a no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on Aug. 4 on the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends.
