MRNA shareholders approve 3.5% dividend, reject board remuneration

Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MRNA) shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 0.35 per share, or 3.5% of capital, for 2023.

 

Shareholders made the decision during the ordinary general meeting held on Aug. 4, according to a Tadawul statement.
