AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co.’s shareholders will vote on the proposed cash dividend at 3%, or SAR 0.3 per share, for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Sept. 29, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 8.
