AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co.’s shareholders approved the proposed cash dividend at 3%, or SAR 0.3 per share, for 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Meanwhile, shareholders approved amending the company’s bylaws to comply with the new Companies Law, as well as rearranging the articles and numbering them to be compatible with the proposed amendments.
The EGM also ratified amending the Corporate Governance Manual, the statement added.
