The payout aligns with the telecom operator’s three-year dividend policy, which started as of Q4 2021, and was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 30, 2021.
The policy amendment was endorsed in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on August 30, 2022, to pay SAR 0.40 a share on a quarterly basis.
