Ataa Educational Co.'s shareholders approved the board's recommendation to distribute a 12.5% cash dividend (SAR 1.25 per share) for the fiscal year ended on July 31, 2024, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also elected board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on Jan. 13, 2028.
The newly elected board includes Tareq Alkasabi, Khalid Al- Muammar, Othman Alkasabi, Tariq Al-Rasheed, Mishari Al-Ibrahim, Reem Al-Muttab, Farah Al-Muttab, Ali Al-Tamimi and Mohammed Al-Otaifi.
Meanwhile, they approved other items on the meeting’s agenda, including amending Articles of Association to align with the new Companies Law and renumber its articles accordingly.
