Mulkia REIT to pay 0.8% cash dividend for Q4 2024

Mulkia Investment Co. announced the distribution of cash dividend to unitholders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT (Mulkia REIT) at 0.8% of capital (SAR 0.08 per unit) from Oct. 1 until Dec. 31, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.
