Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) board of directors recommended distributing a 5% cash dividend for the second half of 2024, at SAR 0.5 per share, during its meeting held on Jan. 29, according to a Tadawul statement.

The bank obtained a no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), on Jan. 29, on the board’s recommendation on dividend payout.
According to data available on Argaam, BSF’s shareholders approved, in December 2024, a 107.4% capital increase from SAR 12.05 billion to SAR 25 billion, through a bonus share issue.
The bank also distributed a 10% cash dividend for H1 2024 at SAR 1 per share before the capital hike.
