According to data available with Argaam, Riyadh Development’s shareholders approved increasing capital by 31.58% from SAR 1.78 billion to SAR 2.34 billion. The capital top-up is aimed at facilitating the acquisition of two real estate assets owned by Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co.
The company had distributed cash dividends at 2.5%, or SAR 0.25 per share, for H1 2024, totaling SAR 44.44 million.
