Baazeem shareholders to discuss 11% dividend for H2 2024 on April 9

Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay an 11% cash dividend (SAR 0.11 per share) for the second half of 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
