NCLE shareholders approve 8% cash dividend for FY18/19

The extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) approved distributing cash dividend at 8%, or SAR 0.8 a share, totaling SAR 34.4 million for the fiscal year 2018/2019, ending Aug. 31, 2019, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Moreover, shareholders approved using the SAR 109.4 worth of funds allocated for the construction works in Al Qasr educational complexes 1 and 2 in Al Khobar to the acquisition of Riyadh-based Al-Ghad Schools and Al-Khwarizmi Co. for Education atSAR 66.7 million. The remaining funds at SAR 42.7 million will be allocated for financing a school complex in Qairawan.
