Ataa shareholders to discuss 10% dividend payout on Jan. 20

Ataa Educational Co.’s shareholders will discuss in the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for Jan. 20 distributing 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for the fiscal year ending on July 31 2019, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

 

The proposed dividend will total SAR 40 million.

 

Moreover, shareholders will also vote on renting an educational building in Morooj for 10 years at a total value of SAR 70.5 million, without preferential conditions.
