Derayah REIT plans 1.87% cash dividend for Q4 2019

Derayah Financial, the manager of Derayah REIT Fund, will pay a 1.87% cash dividend to unitholders for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.187 per unit, amounting SAR 20.06 million, according to a bourse filing to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The planned dividends represent 1.91% of the fund’s net asset value.
