Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors recommended a 25% capital hike to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million through the issuance of bonus shares.
The capital hike aims to support the company’s capital base and future activities which assist in achieving positive growth rates in the upcoming years.
The process is pending approval from the general assembly and regulator.
Meanwhile, the board of directors recommended 10% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 16 million.
