US weekly rig count falls for sixth week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count decreased by seven units to 530 in the week ended July 21, General Electric Co.’s Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

The US rig count fell to the sixth straight week.

 

The gas rig count also declined by two to 131 in the week.
