US oil rig count drops by 8 to 507 this week: Baker Hughes

The US oil rigs declined by eight to 507 in the week ended Sept. 22, General Electric Co.’s Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

This marks the lowest level since Feb. 4, 2022.

 

Meanwhile, gas rigs decreased by three to reach 118.
