US oil rig count unchanged for third week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count held steady for the third consecutive week at 499 in the week ended Feb. 9, Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose by four to 121. This is the highest level compared to 123 in the week ended Aug. 11.
