US oil rig count drop to 16-week low: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count decreased by two week-on-week to504 in the week ended March8, Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count fell by four to 115, the lowest level compared to 114 in the week ended Nov. 17.
