US gas rig count rises to 12-week high: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count decreased by one unit to 477 in the week ended July 19, Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

This marks the lowest level since Dec. 17, 2021, when it reached 475.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose three units to 103 in the week, the highest level since April 26 (105 rigs).
