US drillers cut oil rigs by one: Baker Hughes

US energy firms this week cut the number of oil rigs by one to 482, Baker Hughes said in its closely followed report on Friday, Jan. 3.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose by one to 103 in the same week.
