US oil rig count rises for second straight week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count increased for the second consecutive week, Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

The US drillers added one unit, raising the total to 480.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose two units to 100 in the week.
