SAMA’s assets grow to SAR 1.986 trln in June

Assets held by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) grew by SAR 121.3 billion month-on-month (MoM) to SAR 1.986.1 trillion in June, according to data released by SAMA.

When compared to June 2021, SAMA’s assets increased by SAR 150.8 billion.

 

SAMA’s investments in foreign securities, which account for 57% of its total assets, decreased year-on-year (YoY) to around SAR 1.126.6 trillion last June.
