Overview :

Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) was established in 1991 in Dammam as a closed joint-stock company, with capital of SAR 101.50 million. In 1999, the company was converted into a public joint-stock company. The company's core business activity is managing the Palm Beach Resort tourism project. Shams generates revenue through providing three main services: daily rentals, other service fees, and annual rentals. Daily rentals are the predominant contributor to the company's revenue stream.
