Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK) was established in 2007 as a Saudi joint stock company in Jeddah, with capital of SAR 450 million. The company practices its core activities through its two mines: Al Masane Mine and Guyan Mine. AMAK produces silver and gold bars, and zinc concentrates. It also extracts granite, nickel and lead concentrates, in addition to the manufacture of granite. The company blasts rocks and establishes factories to produce tiles and other building materials.
