Anaam implemented several changes on capital since its debut, in addition to a stock split in July 2023.
Anaam was established in Riyadh in 1982 as a limited liability company, under the name of Saudi Livestock Transport & Trading Co. with a paid-up capital of SAR 100 million.
The company’s main business included wholesale and retail trading in food products, including meat and vegetables, livestock, leather, growing alfalfa, corn, wheat and some fruits and vegetables, in addition to real estate investment activities.
