Advanced shareholders delegate board to pay 2025 dividends

Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The approved item will be carried out in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies, and in line with the company’s financial position, cash flow, expansion and investment plans.

Shareholders also approved all other items on the ordinary general meeting’s agenda, the statement added.

Advanced last paid dividend for Q4 2022. The company withheld dividends for 2023 and 2024, data compiled by Argaam showed.
