TASI rises 2.1% to cross 11,800 points, turnover at SAR 5.9 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 2.1%, or 244 points, higher at 11,810 points today, Oct. 18.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.9 billion.
The index rose for the second consecutive session, recording gains of more than 400 points.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi National Bank closed at SAR 86 (+3%) and SAR 64 (+4%), respectively.
Saudi Aramco rose 1% to SAR 35.60.
Maaden, Riyad Bank, ACWA Power, Banque Saudi Fransi, SABB, Tadawul Group, Bahr, Saudi Kayan and SIIG increased between 3% and 6%.
Saudi Paper and Anaam were among the top gainers.
